GitLab is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Source Code to shape planning and source-code management experiences in an AI-native software development lifecycle. The role connects requirements and specifications to commits, merge requests, code review, and customer value, and explores how AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows can keep that connection accurate and self-maintaining. The product manager will work with engineering, design, and other product teams, use customer and usage data to prioritize, and collaborate across Plan, Source Code Management, Code Review, and AI areas. The position is remote for United States residents and offers a base salary of $139,200 to $235,200 USD.
