MongoDB is hiring a senior product manager in Gurugram to own a core area of its AI application platform from discovery and vision through roadmap, delivery, iteration, and customer success. The role requires end-to-end product ownership, customer discovery, technical collaboration with engineering, and strong written communication in an async-first, hybrid environment. Candidates should have at least five years of product-management experience building platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products, ideally in cloud, data, or AI, along with expertise in AI application patterns such as agents, RAG, evaluation, and deployment.
