Campminder is hiring a Senior Product Manager of AI Platform to build and own the shared AI infrastructure underlying its products, including retrieval and grounding on camp data, RAG, evaluation, observability, reusable services and patterns, and quality measurement. The role works across product teams to drive adoption, leads LLM and ML work streams with AI and data engineering partners, and makes build-versus-buy and train-versus-fine-tune-versus-ground-with-RAG decisions. The position offers 100% remote work within the United States or a hybrid arrangement in Boulder, Colorado, with a target hiring range of $180,000 to $220,000 plus bonus eligibility.
