The role involves translating strategy into sequenced roadmaps, improving retention, engagement, and care quality, simplifying product experiences, applying AI to workflows and decision support, prototyping ideas, and partnering with engineering, design, operations, and leadership. Candidates need 4–5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years at a single company, plus experience building with AI tools or shipping AI-powered features. The position is full-time and based in the company’s Madison Square Park office in New York City.
