CBA's Home Buying team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of the home loan top-ups application experience. This role involves shaping the product roadmap, translating requirements into clear outcomes, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance customer experience within a complex regulatory environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Extensive experience delivering end-to-end outcomes as a Product or Senior Product Manager in complex organizations.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders through strong communication skills.
A data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making to translate complex problems into clear product outcomes/requirements.
Comfort working with ambiguity and prioritising outcomes (Jira/Confluence experience is beneficial)
Strong understanding of regulated environments and safe product delivery.
Ideally, experience or strong understanding of home lending, origination, verification, servicing, customer growth or financial services.
