Description
Conga is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of its Rebate Management solution for enterprise customers in distribution, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. The role covers the full rebate object model, accrual logic, program configuration, payment requests, settlement workflows, backlog prioritization, customer discovery, product metrics, and cross-functional alignment with pricing, CPQ, and data platform teams. Candidates need at least five years of product management experience, including two years in B2B SaaS, along with strong discovery, communication, and agile experience; direct rebate or channel-incentive experience is preferred.
