HiBob is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Core HR product organization to own a strategic product domain from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration. The role focuses on translating complex HR, workflow, configuration, planning, data, and enterprise-scale customer needs into scalable product experiences, while partnering with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, support, legal, security, and other stakeholders. The position is permanent and hybrid, requires at least five years of product management experience, advanced Hebrew and English proficiency, and offers private medical insurance and other benefits.
