Mento is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for its AI-powered coaching platform. The role covers coach-facing and member-facing features, coaching operations, HR and enterprise stakeholder needs, user research, AI product strategy, and cross-functional delivery with engineering and design. It is a hands-on, early-stage product leadership position for a remote-first company, requiring 5–8 years of product management experience and familiarity with coaching, HR technology, or enterprise buyers.
