OfficeSpace is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, execution, and measurement of workplace management and employee engagement capabilities. The role focuses on workplace insights, real estate optimization, AI-powered decision support and forecasting, and agentic AI workflows, while partnering with Engineering, Design, Research, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. Candidates need at least five years of B2B SaaS product management experience, strong discovery and judgment skills, data-driven decision-making, and high AI fluency, including AI orchestration and AI-assisted prototyping.
