Pearl is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Pearl PRO, the professional-facing web and mobile app used by real estate agents and brokerages. The role owns product strategy, roadmap, discovery, requirements, delivery, and outcomes for the app, working directly with design, engineering, data science, standards, business development, and customer success. It requires at least five years of product management experience, consumer-grade web and mobile product experience, strong user research and communication skills, and fluency with modern AI tools. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers a salary of $140,000 to $160,000 plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, stock, and other benefits.
