Pearl is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own discovery, strategy, and execution for high-impact products supporting Pearl Enterprise. The role is hands-on and high-ownership, partnering with Engineering, AI/Innovation, Sales, customers, and other stakeholders to define OKRs, roadmaps, MVPs, and releases while driving revenue outcomes. Candidates need at least five years of product management experience in B2B web or platform products, experience with early-stage products, and comfort working with AI-powered products; GenAI and AI prototype experience are advantageous. The position is remote.
