Phenospex is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the definition, execution, and lifecycle delivery of software and hardware solutions at the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, and plant science. The role reports to the Head of Product, owns multi-year roadmaps, translates customer needs into product requirements, collaborates with R&D, engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and scientific customers, and drives product positioning, pricing, launches, and KPIs. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of progressive product management experience, strong Agile/Scrum and software architecture knowledge, and exceptional English communication skills. The position offers flexible working hours, up to 50% home office, paid vacation, and a competitive performance-oriented compensation package.
