Satispay is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one of its core financial product domains—payments, credit, investing, cards, or merchant solutions. The role owns the roadmap, navigates regulatory and technical complexity, collaborates with compliance, legal, risk, design, and engineering teams, conducts user research, and manages activation, adoption, volume, and revenue KPIs. Candidates need at least five years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, paytech, or a consumer-facing scale-up, with exposure to regulated products or complex technical or operational systems. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in the office, unlimited PTO, and a gross annual salary of €68,000–€87,000.
