The role partners with AI/ML engineering, behavioral science, decision science, design, and content to translate model outputs into a recommendation experience that improves engagement, retention, and health-behavior outcomes. It requires 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of recommendation, ranking, personalization, search, or feed products, along with strong technical and experimentation skills. The position is based in Tustin, California, with a starting annual salary of $140,000 and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
