The successful candidate will define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs and business priorities, focusing on strengthening customer engagement, increasing self-service, and driving long-term retention. This role involves embedding AI-enabled capabilities, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and utilizing customer insights to optimize product performance.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Significant experience in product management within technology, fintech, payments, financial services or other customer-centred digital businesses.
Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and delivery across customer lifecycle, digital products, self-service experiences or platform capabilities.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Strong analytical capability with experience using customer insights, experimentation and data to drive product decisions.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of agile product management, experimentation and customer-centred product development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment around a shared product vision.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on a mobile app (ideally for a FS organisation)
Curiosity and practical experience exploring emerging technologies, including AI-enabled products, automation, agentic experiences and new digital commerce models.
An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
