Description
Zopa is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Credit Cards Originations product and drive profitable new-account growth, conversion, customer experience, and onboarding. The role partners with Credit, Fraud, engineering, design, analytics, and operations; sets product roadmaps; improves journeys and conversion through testing; develops partnerships and data opportunities; and leads a squad of engineers. The position requires experience with complex digital products, commercial and customer outcomes, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership, with a hybrid London arrangement requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.
