HiBob is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic Core HR product domain from discovery through delivery, adoption, and ongoing iteration. The role focuses on translating complex HR, workflow, configuration, planning, data, and enterprise-scale customer needs into intuitive and scalable product experiences, while partnering with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, support, legal, security, and other stakeholders. The position is permanent and hybrid, with advanced Hebrew and English proficiency required.
