Description
GovTech is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development, governance, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and scaling of an analytics and AI system for Singapore Customs. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions, translates requirements into user stories, analyzes data, builds dashboards, evaluates digital services, and coordinates with data engineers, data scientists, developers, vendors, and stakeholders. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of product management experience focused on data analytics, proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, and knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling. The position is on a two-year fixed-term contract and may require onsite work during fixed hours.
