Description
PayPal is hiring a Senior/Lead Technical Product Manager for its Developer Experience team to own Developer Tools and Platform, including APIs and extensibility contracts used by CLI, IDE extensions, MCP servers, and the Developer Dashboard. The role uses data and customer insights to shape product requirements, leads sprint planning and execution, and partners with engineering, design, data science, and user experience teams. It requires at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination, and familiarity with REST APIs, API design, versioning, and backward compatibility. The position is based in San Jose, California, with a base pay range of $143,500 to $212,850 annually and a balanced hybrid work model.
