Description
Binance is hiring a Web3 Product Manager to develop product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, and phased delivery for experience-optimization initiatives across Web3 product journeys. The role focuses on improving workflow efficiency, content clarity, conversion, and user experience; building KPI loops through instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, iteration, and impact reporting; identifying friction points; and coordinating Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders. The position requires 10+ years of product management experience, strong Web3 product knowledge, system-design and decomposition skills, data-driven decision-making, and experience working across cross-functional teams. The arrangement may vary depending on the business team, with work-from-home options available.
