Katalyst is hiring a senior product manager to own the hardware/software product strategy, roadmap, market requirements, business cases, product positioning, and go-to-market alignment for its space-vehicle portfolio. The role partners with engineering, sales, business development, marketing, and leadership; manages product teams; and requires systems-level technical fluency, hardware product expertise, and experience leading technically complex products. The anticipated base salary is $210,000–$260,000 annually, with equity, relocation, discretionary bonuses, and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
