Description
Davies is hiring a Senior Insurance Product Manager to lead its insurance product portfolio across claims, underwriting, delegated authority, policy administration, and policy lifecycle solutions. Reporting to the Director of Product, the role owns the product lifecycle, business strategy, roadmap, market and competitive analysis, budget and financial performance, customer engagement, product launches, and KPIs. The position requires strong insurance domain knowledge, regulated-industry product management experience, cross-functional leadership, analytical and strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with development, design, marketing, commercial, and insurance stakeholders.
