Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own both the roadmap for core predictive and generative machine learning models and the internal ML platform that enables model development and production. The role is embedded with the ML engineering organization in Palo Alto and requires 5+ years of product management experience, knowledge of ML systems and infrastructure, and the ability to connect platform and modeling investments to customer and business outcomes. Responsibilities include model evaluation and monitoring, platform reliability and cost efficiency, developer experience, and build-vs-buy decisions across the ML stack. The base salary range for U.S. locations is $136,000–$204,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, sign-on payments, and health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
