Senior Product Manager, Mitigation & Threat Management at Axon

Axon is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Mitigation & Threat Management to own the end-to-end product surface for drone-detection response workflows. The role partners with engineering, data science, UX, QA, and defense teams; drives customer validation with law enforcement, military, and critical-infrastructure operators; and implements AI agents to improve product delivery. It is onsite at Axon’s Sterling, Virginia office four days per week and requires at least seven years of product management experience, including three years in defense, security, real-time operations, or a comparable mission-critical domain. The base pay range is $131,250 to $210,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
