Description
Topstep is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve core areas of TopstepX, its proprietary futures trading platform. The role partners with engineering, design, trading operations, risk, compliance, and support to define product strategy, lead complex initiatives, prioritize the trader journey, balance reliability and new capabilities, manage roadmaps and metrics, and communicate requirements to cross-functional teams. Candidates need 5 to 7+ years of product management experience, including technical product delivery, and knowledge of futures markets, trading mechanics, and real-time systems. The role is available in a fully remote or hybrid environment and offers a base salary of $165,000 to $185,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
