Mercury is hiring a Reconciliation Platform Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its reconciliation platform and related financial controls. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Accounting to automate workflows, strengthen control coverage, build tools for discrepancy detection and resolution, and scale a reliable, transparent reconciliation system. Candidates need at least seven years of product management experience with technical platforms, infrastructure, data products, or similarly complex systems; prior reconciliation experience is not required. The role offers a US base salary of $200,700–$250,900 and a Canadian base salary of $189,700–$237,100, plus equity and benefits.
