Description
Tin Can is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own device connectivity reliability and call quality end to end. The role involves diagnosing and fixing issues in mesh networks, dual-band Wi-Fi, firmware, audio paths, and call quality; partnering with firmware and embedded engineering; building instrumentation and reporting; running field and internal tests; and translating technical problems into prioritized engineering backlogs. The position requires at least five years of product management experience with connected hardware or IoT products, plus depth in audio or telecom/VoIP quality, networking and audio fluency, and experience working with firmware or embedded engineering teams.
