Description

Tubi is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Search to own the strategy and execution of its consumer search experience and foundational search capabilities. The role covers the search interface, query understanding, semantic retrieval, ranking and re-ranking, result organization, autocomplete, and conversational search foundations, while partnering with engineering, machine learning, data science, and design teams. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco and offers a base salary of $169,500 to $242,100 USD annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of product management experience

Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and machine learning teams on technical products
Experience with analytical and experimentation skills, including A/B testing and product decision-making
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree
Experience in streaming media, social media, or consumer entertainment products
