Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities organization is hiring a Technical Product Manager to build a 0-to-1 digital twin platform for its global real estate portfolio. The role owns product strategy, architecture, roadmap, requirements, and delivery for capabilities including real-time environmental and equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance using IoT and AI, space and facility simulation, energy and cost management, and consolidation of fragmented data sources. The position requires at least five years of product, program, marketing, business development, or technology experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience with technical product delivery and stakeholder management. It is based in Arlington, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 151,200 to 204,600 USD annually.
