Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Product Quality Engineer for its Boise fab to protect process stability and product quality in semiconductor manufacturing. The role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, monitor yield and reliability metrics, troubleshoot wafer-fab problems, perform root-cause and defect investigations, evaluate products, and standardize procedures using statistical tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience, at least three years of semiconductor quality, manufacturing, or process engineering experience, familiarity with semiconductor process flows and failure analysis, and experience with statistical tools such as SPC, DOE, regression analysis, or deviation-management systems.
