CBIZ is hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to establish and lead its enterprise Product Security function. The role combines product security architecture, secure SDLC and DevSecOps enablement, AI/LLM security, threat modeling, secure code reviews, vulnerability and supply-chain management, incident response, and executive reporting. It requires an experienced software engineer with strong coding, AI security, and matrix-influence capabilities, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: College degree or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, application development, or platform engineering
At least 4 years focused on product security, DevSecOps, or security architecture
Hands-on AI security experience
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on coding background with proficiency in Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
Experience working with development, engineering, and AI/ML teams in a matrix environment
Deep expertise in Secure SDLC, OWASP Top 10, CWE Top 25, MITRE ATT&CK, and CVSS
Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and secrets detection tools
Strong CI/CD platform knowledge and pipeline security experience
Cloud security expertise across Microsoft Azure and AWS
API security, authentication, authorization, and cryptography knowledge
Ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization
