CreditorWatch is hiring a Senior Product Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports the Sales Team by validating customer product requirements, creating build requests, providing product demonstrations, articulating product benefits, coordinating with Solution Architects and Product Management, performing Level 2 support, and identifying process improvements. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in the Sydney CBD office, with Melbourne-based candidates also considered. Candidates should have 3–4 years of SaaS configuration or sales experience, knowledge of credit onboarding and the credit management industry, and experience in fintech or accounting.
