Description
Q.ANT is hiring a Senior Production Engineer to assemble, integrate, and validate complex photonic and electro-optical systems. The role develops assembly sequences, test protocols, and production documentation; performs troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system-level debugging; and supports the transition from prototypes to small-series production. The engineer will collaborate with R&D, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams and contribute to process improvement and quality assurance.
