The Production Interface Engineer, Module Engineering coordinates Production, Module Engineering, and Industrial Engineering teams to support module performance, target cycle time, turns, and moves. The role handles daily operational issue resolution, production work-in-process management, work procedure validation, continuous improvement, Lean practices, and cross-functional operational alignment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or a related discipline and at least five years of manufacturing team management experience, along with strong analytical, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
