Description
Gatekeeper Systems is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead manufacturing and warehouse operations, including production planning, throughput optimization, inventory management, quality performance, safety, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role requires 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations, strong Lean Six Sigma and operational KPI knowledge, and the ability to manage production and warehouse teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience is required, with Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent structured improvement experience preferred.
