Description
The role leads and coordinates Production, Module, Industrial Engineering, and Training functions to achieve module targets for turns, moves, cycle time, and delivery performance. Responsibilities include daily production execution, work-in-progress management, process compliance, procedure validation, improvement projects, Lean manufacturing, cross-functional collaboration, and corrective actions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, electrical sciences, or a related discipline, at least five years of production or manufacturing management experience, and strong knowledge of production operations, WIP management, process improvement, and Lean practices.
