Lucera Financial Infrastructures is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its Belfast office to provide Level 2/3 support for Unix/Linux production systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, support client onboarding and integration of market-data and order-entry services, monitor system health, participate in on-call rotation, and develop automation and documentation. The role requires at least three years of Level 2/3 technical support experience in financial services, strong Unix/Linux and command-line skills, financial-market knowledge, and scripting ability; exposure to FIX, ITCH, or other financial messaging protocols is a plus. The compensation expectation is $170,000-$180,000 base salary.
