The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting production test equipment, improving test throughput and first-pass yield, modernizing test systems, implementing automation and Lean Manufacturing improvements, supporting quality and reliability activities, and leading cross-functional engineering projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least four years of experience in manufacturing test, production, automation, or manufacturing engineering environments.
