Description
The Senior Professional Coder acts as a service line coding team lead expert, applying advanced professional coding skills to support all workflows related to professional fee coding/charging/denials follow-up. The role involves coordinating with others to ensure timely completion of coding processes, auditing CPT and ICD-10 diagnosis coding for compliance, and educating providers and coding staff. This position requires complex coding expertise, particularly for HCC/Risk adjustment coding, and includes onsite education as needed.
