TKDA is hiring a Senior Professional Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for complex plant and building systems and site operations in heavy industrial sectors such as mining, mineral processing, aggregate, and metals. The role includes preparing plans, specifications, design details, and construction documentation; leading design teams; overseeing technical, quality, financial, and safety aspects from conception through construction; mentoring less experienced professionals; and contributing to business development, proposals, and client presentations. The position is based in Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with flexible hybrid work, regular travel, and occasional overnight travel.
