NiCE is hiring a Senior Professional Services Engineer to deliver and implement custom development and feature development for NiCE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for financial institutions. The role involves evaluating requirements, designing and installing solutions, configuring and customizing Actimize software, developing custom rules and features, testing solutions, performing root-cause analysis, and documenting technical work. It requires 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, strong Java and web technology skills, database and cloud experience, and customer-facing implementation expertise. The position follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week.
