Description
NiCE is hiring a Senior Professional Services Engineer to install and configure software solutions and equipment at customer sites, troubleshoot application implementations, perform testing and quality control, document architecture and issue resolution, and support enterprise integrations with Oracle, MSSQL, flat files, and other backend systems. The role also involves designing implementation infrastructure, reviewing on-site architecture, and assisting with Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management projects. Telecommuting is permitted, and the position requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field plus three years of experience in the offered or related occupation.
