AMSG is hiring a Senior Program Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security's Innovation, Research, and Development Coordination function. The role focuses on strategic planning, governance administration, research and data analysis, R&D inventory management, performance measurement, stakeholder coordination, innovation strategy, executive communications, and dashboard development. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of federal strategic planning or program management experience, governance and executive initiative experience, a Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, and Microsoft collaboration tools. The position is based in Washington, DC with remote work indicated and starts October 1, 2026.
