The Senior Program Analyst supports budget and financial management activities for the Budget IAA Team and Budget Execution Team, including Interagency Agreement processing, obligations and de-obligations, spend-plan development, budget execution monitoring, unfunded requirements, commitments, expenditures, and unliquidated obligation close-out. The role requires a U.S. citizen, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of similar business analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance. It follows a hybrid work schedule with onsite reporting within a 50-mile radius of the designated work location.
