The Senior Program Analyst serves as a senior advisor and workstream lead for digital health, artificial intelligence, and healthcare innovation initiatives. The role coordinates projects and workstreams, facilitates stakeholder engagement, develops executive-level reports and dashboards, manages project risks and milestones, supports contract deliverables, and guides junior staff. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management, along with EHR implementation and analytical experience.
