The role involves leading program plan development, conducting detailed analyses, preparing acquisition documentation, providing technical recommendations, interpreting data, coordinating meetings, developing performance metrics, assisting with responses to audits, ensuring compliance with Army/DoD standards, and mentoring junior staff.
