The role leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex organizational initiatives, analyzes performance metrics, manages budgets and risks, develops efficiency policies, mentors staff, and delivers executive-level briefings. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, obtain or maintain a Top Secret security clearance, hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, and have at least 15 years of experience in policy, analysis, program management, or research, including experience with the National Guard and Mission Assurance Programs. The position requires proficiency with ETMS2 and Microsoft Office Suite, strong independent and communication skills, and the ability to liaise between DoD, state, and local agencies.
