Description

ATSI is hiring a Senior Program Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for U.S. Navy science and technology initiatives. The role supports senior government leadership through technical and programmatic analysis, strategic planning, model development, reporting, coordination with government and technical stakeholders, and special projects. It is based in Arlington, Virginia, with possible travel, and requires a relevant master's or doctoral degree, at least 15 years of experience, Navy program management experience, an active Top Secret security clearance, and strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. Compensation is $100,000-$130,000 annually.
