Brooks is hiring a Senior Program & Process Manager, Apparel to lead cross-functional apparel and accessory programs across product development, sourcing, marketing, and other functions. The role manages scope, timelines, resourcing, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while partnering with senior leaders and mentoring junior program managers. It is based in Seattle with four days per week in the office and offers a base salary of $117,244 to $175,918 per year, plus benefits and an annual bonus.
