Repair the World is hiring a full-time Senior Program Associate to support Jewish service learning programs for young adults and the broader Bay Area community. The role oversees Service Corps cohorts, recruits and coordinates service partners, plans and facilitates monthly service-learning programs, engages volunteers and community members, and collaborates with staff across the organization. The position requires at least one year of experience facilitating Jewish learning or service experiences, program design and execution, community relationship building, and availability for evening and weekend programs. It is a Bay Area hybrid role with a starting salary of $70,500–$72,500 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
